Refund Policy

If your product was damaged or there was a printing error, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement order. It is not possible to return your product back to the print shop, but a full refund or replacement is possible.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Include a picture of the damaged product
Refunds may take a few weeks to complete. 

Please note that refunds are not possible unless there is a problem with the product (damage or printing errors).
